List of current Technical Regulations of the Customs Union
Thirty four technical regulations were already adopted and came into power in Customs Union (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan).
- On the safety of fireworks (CU TR 006/2011) - came into effect from 15.02.2012
- On the safety of personal protective equipment (CU TR 019/2011) - from 01.06.2012
Five Customs Union Technical Regulations came effect from 1 July 2012:
- Technical Regulations for cosmetics products
- TR for packaging materials
- TR for child products (List of products, subject to Customs union certification for child products - here)
- TR for toys
- TR for light industry products
From 31.12.2012:
- On requirements for automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, jet fuel and oil (CU TR 013/2011)
Customs Union technical regulation came into force from February 15th of 2013
- TR On safety of low-voltage equipment;
- Machine Safety TR;
- Safety of elevators;
- On safety of devices operating on gaseous fuels;
- TR on EMC;
- Safety of devices working in explosive areas.
