List of current Technical Regulations of the Customs Union

Thirty four technical regulations were already adopted and came into power in Customs Union (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan).

  • On the safety of fireworks  (CU TR 006/2011) -  came into effect from 15.02.2012
  • On the safety of personal protective equipment  (CU TR 019/2011) -  from 01.06.2012

Five Customs Union Technical Regulations came effect from 1 July 2012:

From 31.12.2012: 

  • On requirements for automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuel, jet fuel and oil (CU TR 013/2011) 

Customs Union technical regulation came into force from February 15th of 2013
