At the meeting on June 18, 2019, the College of the Eurasian Economic Commission approved the list of products to which the customs declaration process should be accompanied by a conformity assessment document (or information on a conformity assessment document) with the requirements of the technical regulations in force in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union oil safety, prepared for transport and / or use "(TR EAEU 045/2017)

On the basis of the provisions of the Protocol on technical regulations under the Eurasian Economic Union, as well as the Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Commission, the management board of the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to approve crude oil intended for transport and / or use as a product requiring an assessment of compliance with the requirements of the adopted technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union. For petroleum, in addition to submitting the customs declaration, you should also submit conformity assessment documents (information on the conformity assessment document)

The designation of crude oil (prepared for transport or use) as a good in accordance with the goods code TN WED TS (i.e. with the Customs Union Foreign Trade Customs Nomenclature) is 2709 00 900 9. The document on the basis of which the decision on conformity assessment is made is a passport.

The decision taken by the College enters into force 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
