Six Customs Union Technical Regulations will come into power in 2012.

• Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of low voltage equipment" - effective from 01.07.2012
• Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On packaging " - effective from 01.07.2012
• Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of fireworks" - effective from 15.02.2012
• Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of products intended for children and adolescents" - effective from 01.07.2012
• Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On safety of toys" - effective from 01.07.2012;
• Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the safety of perfumery and cosmetic products" - effective from 7.1.2012.

Old Conformity Certificates will be valid until the expiration date.
