Compliance with restrictions in Customs Union

The system of prohibitions and restrictions in foreign trade, serving in the Customs Union is an element of the mechanism of protection of the economy and the population of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia, says the Press Service of the Russian Federal Customs Service.

In accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation, laws and Customs Union legislation of the Russian Federation in customs clearance in customs authority in order to demonstrate compliance with the prohibitions and restrictions provided documents and information.

In this case, the Order of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation dated 15.10.2010 № 1891 "On Amendments to the Order of the FCS of Russia on April 25, 2007 № 536" canceled lists of documents previously required to provide the customs authorities for customs clearance of imported and exported goods. So, since December 12, 2010 are not required to provide a phytosanitary certificate issued by the export of timber products, veterinary certificate for imported goods, a certificate of conformity - type-approval of the vehicle.

Observance of the established prohibitions and restrictions supported by the presence on the shipping documents stamped "Importation is allowed", "Issue resolved" - indicating that the results of the veterinary, phytosanitary and quarantine  check by competent authorities ( Rosselkhoznadzor and Rospotrebnadzor) allow entrance of the goods to and from the customs territory of the Customs Union.
