Changes in CU TR 009/2011 on safety of cosmetics will come into force from January 2017.

Changes clarify the role of applicant as well as validity period of declaration depend on a scheme of certification. As for now the validity period is not indicated in Customs Union regulations. From January 2017 the maximum validity period for declarations will be 7 years.
