Customs Union declarations of conformity. Order of registration.

Registration of declarations is carried out by certification bodies included in the Unified Register of certification bodies and testing laboratories (centers) of the Customs Union, or the competent authorities of the States - members of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space.

Documents needed for registration of declaration

• application form, signed by the applicant;
• Copies of documents confirming the state registration of the legal entity or the state registration of a person as an individual entrepreneur in accordance with the laws of the Member States (INN, OGRN documents);
• a copy of the contract with foreign manufacturer, regarding the applicant responsibility for the product conformity (for the person performing the functions of the foreign manufacturer).

The declaration of conformity is a registered after assigning its serial number in the Unified Register of certificates of conformity and registered declarations of conformity
