- decree No. 982 until September 1, 2022
- decree 2425 - from September 1, 2022. This decree applies to goods for which the relevant technical regulations have not yet come into force.

What are the product labeling requirements?
The most important provisions of Decree No. 1865 that both applicants and producers of goods must know and comply with are presented below:
-
The STR trademark applies only to products that have been certified in accordance with the legal procedure or have been issued with a declaration of conformity. Manufacturers or sellers may be fined for marking goods without authorization.
-
A trademark is placed on the indelible parts of each production unit, packaging and accompanying documentation. The place of marking is determined by the applicant or the manufacturer.
-
Where the trademark cannot be affixed to the product itself, it shall be affixed to a label or tape attached to the product. If it is not possible to label the packaging, a leaflet should be created.
The trademark must be clearly visible and resistant to external conditions so that it can last for the entire use of the product. Its width must be at least 5 mm.
Other marks should not impair the visibility and legibility of the STR trademark.
