Technical Regulations (TR) Certificates could be issued for the following group of products:

• Vehicle parts – TR Certificate for serial production is issued for up to 4 years and is based on the Russian Technical Regulation on safety of wheeled transport;
• TR Certificate based on the Technical Regulations for Machines could be valid for up to 5 years. This certificate covers different types of machinery products, including but not limited to the following HS Codes groups: 84, 87, 73, 85, 81. List of the products covered by the Russian Technical Regulations for machinery.
• TR Certificate for food products, exactly for Milk and Dairy Products, Juice products, Fat and oil products .
• TR Certificate for the lifts.

In the nearest future new Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan) will come into force, thereby new TR Certificates of the Customs Union or Declarations of Conformity will be issued for the groups of products specified in the united Technical Regulations.
